Domestic Shipping Policy:

Orders made after 3:00 PM West African Standard Time will be processed on the next business day. 

Weekend orders (placed after 3:00 PM West African Time on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) will be processed on Monday morning, unless deemed urgent and the customer agrees to cover the additional costs. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

International Shipping Policy:

Our international shipping costs are determined by the weight and destination of the items. The total freight costs will be calculated during checkout based on the items and the destination country. Free shipping offers generally do not apply to local and international orders. We offer fast and reliable shipping options through DHL International or other reputable carriers. In certain countries. You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, or local taxes that may apply to your order. Lost or Damaged Shipments 

For assistance with lost or damaged shipments, please reach out to our Customer Service team at +234, available seven days a weekfrom 8 am to 4 pm West African Time. Our international number is +14709839117. 

Product Return Instructions: 

Please note: Items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date internationally and within 7 days locally. Returns that do not meet these guidelines cannot be processed. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in your package being returned to you or incurring a restocking fee of up to 35% of the original order. 

To initiate a return

1. Complete the back of the Whole Health packing slip, which will be emailed to you and included in your shipment, providing the reason 

for your return. 

Include the following details: 

– Order Number 

– Items being returned (item number, name, and quantity) 

– Reason for the return 

– Your contact information (full name, address, and phone number/email). 

2. Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and include the provided information. 

3. Ship the package to: 76 Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos, Opposite Lagoon Hospital. Return package using your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using insured/trackable mail for these returns, as we are not responsible for items that do not reach our warehouse. For your convenience, here are links to popular shipping carrier websites, which offer instructions on using their Online Label
